Job Responsibilities
Main point of contact for customers and insurance companies
Estimating /Quoting Collision Damage and/or Mechanical Repairs with shop software
Ordering and Tracking Parts
Collaborating with Repair Technicians to ensure a great customer experience
Scheduling Jobs
Work with Insurance Adjusters to ensure prompt completion of each job
Work with customers and insurance companies to process insurance claims, to include quoting autobody repairs. Mechanical service writing experience is a plus, but not required.
Pre and Post Scanning of vehicles
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous collision estimating experience. At least 1-2 years.
Previous experience using CCC ONE. At least 1-2 years.
Valid in-state driver's license.

This position requires automotive knowledge and a valid driver's license and ability to travel around locally.
Job Responsibilities
Obtain new fleet accounts and market the business.
Conduct daily calls and set up face-to-face meetings with potential customers.

Job Responsibilities
Perform multi point inspections and examine all vehicle systems such as the engine, transmission, and brake systems.
Use technical experience, diagnostic equipment, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to properly identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes.
Perform vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders accurately and efficiently.
Accurately document work performed on each vehicle.
Communicate with the parts manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of parts.
Perform routine maintenance, including fluids, filters, rotating tires, and oil changes.
Adhere to manufacturer specifications.
Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to properly identify and determine the cause of codes.

Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
General mechanical skills, manual dexterity and ability to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery.
Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in a tool purchase program.
Ability to operate a forklift and vehicles. (Including manual transmissions.)
Valid in-state driver's license.

ASE Certifications are a plus and strongly desired.
The ideal candidate will perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tires. Also, must be a team player, demonstrate attention to detail, and provide quality in all work performed.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders
Complete oil changes and filter replacements
Complete tire services, including mounting, balancing, rotating and repairing tires

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Use company provided tablet to document work performed on each vehicle and communicate with the mechanical service write to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.

Job Responsibilities
Dis-assemble vehicles.
Remove accessories, upholstery, seat operating equipment and electrical/hydraulic windows.
Ensure repairs are correctly identified to minimize repair time and to help avoid supplements.
Follow the repair order and pay attention to the details.
Repair or replace all defective parts.
Safely secure vehicle parts and cover when necessary to eliminate potential damage.
Operate tools such as hammers, wrenches, welder, cutting torch, blocks, sander, spray guns.
Grind, file and sand repaired surfaces.
Paint repaired surfaces.
Accurately reassemble vehicles and maintain electronic functionality.
Inspect then test drive the repaired vehicle to comply with safety and quality standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
